Calm Plans by Dr Tina Rae (attached below)

This is a lovely resource written by a child psychologist and teacher, it's really useful with supporting children's wellbeing returning to school, as well as helping them through the uncertainty of Covid in their daily lives.

An essential tool with helpful and simple strategies to help both the children and ourselves.
