We are very excited inform you that we have booked ‘Portals to the Past’ to come into school to carry out Ancient Maya workshops with the Year 5 children as the Fab Finish for our topic, The Mighty and Mysterious Maya. The workshops will conclude our topic, allowing the children to use all the knowledge they have learned over the term to fully engage with the activities.

On the day, the children are invited to dress up as an archaeologist or explorer. If they don’t fancy dressing up, they could make a Maya-style headdress or mask.
